Is a day without technology. Up early listening to the dawn chorus as I watch the sun rise, then its time for a walk in the woods with Willow my dog. The creative process of work bring its own sense of achievement and no day is complete without being able to spread a little bit of magic. I like to finish my day with good food and wine, a hot bath, a good nights sleep and no pain.’
